• He or she will have to demonstrate the use of agricultural equipment or machinery so that can explain that to others.
• He or she has to make the reports of all the business transactions time to time and also has to upgrade the time and also quotes prices and credit terms
• He or she will have to sell the products so will have to prepare sales contracts for the orders obtained
• He or she will have to update the customers time to time to give information about the estimated delivery schedule, contracts, warranty, or other information related to the products they bought perfectly.
The candidate needs to possess the following skills and specifications:
• An agricultural sales representative must have excellent communication skills as he or she will have to interact with people so it needed the skills.
• He or she will have to explain the system and working process to the customers so must have basic technical knowledge of the various machinery
• He or she needs to have knowledge of sales techniques and various marketing strategies in order to sale the products.
• He or she must also have good interpersonal skills as he or she needs to interact with a lot of people from different strata of life
• He or she should be persuasive, firm but will have to understand and perceptive of people’s needs and requirements
• He or she must possess the excellent knowledge of mathematics and must be very good with numbers and have excellent math skills
Education and Qualifications
• The candidate desiring for the job should have enroll in the agriculture university present in most agrarian countries
• Besides that, degrees in sales and management will also be helpful for the candidate in this field.
