 -Educated to A level standard or equivalent in a subject involving research and audit methods.
 -Educated to A level English standard or equivalent in English Language, or demonstrate experience working to the equivalent level in both subjects.

Desirable
 Studying for or attained a Supervisory/Management Qualification
To be educated to A level standard or equivalent in a mathematical or scientific subject.

- Demonstrate experience of managing a team including; performance management, resource planning, setting and monitoring employee objectives and completing performance appraisals, motivation, recruitment selection including work on your own initiative and how you can work as a successful team member.
-Demonstrate by example experience of data collection & proven analytical skills in a research and audit environment, problem solving skills, by identifying & investigating a problem, planning a solution, implementing it appropriately, evaluating & monitoring the outcome including the ability to risk assess plans in order to make informed decisions.
-Demonstrate an ability to present information in concise written reports and the ability to produce presentations in varying formats to senior management, that highlight areas of perceived risk, a strategic overview and its implications through the decision making process, and make specific recommendations that include actions to drive through change.
-Demonstrate from experience the ability to extract and interpret numerical, graphical, verbal and written information-
-Demonstrate from experience the use of innovative techniques in order to enhance audit provision and understanding

Desirable
Experience of managing internal grievances and disciplinary matters

-Demonstrate by example experience of working in an environment involving confidential information.
-Demonstrate by example previous experience of working in a financial environment.
-Demonstrate by example knowledge of auditing techniques.
-A working knowledge of the use of computer databases for information management.
