The primary objective in this role is to manage and grow key business partnerships.
Pre/Post-deal account management -acting as primary contact for defined partner set and working with them to support and grow partnership
Project management of key business initiatives - ensuring all BD partnerships are implemented with best practices across company services.
Responsible for developing strong day to day relationships with partner counterparts;
Understanding partner businesses and product strategy objectives and ensuring those objectives are integrated organisation partnerships;
Working across the organization to implement and support partner-specific initiatives,Analyzing overall deal performance and developing initiatives designed to grow the partnership
Other Responsibilities:
Execute post deal implementation and manage partnerships as part of business development team.
Account management working directly with existing partners to implement deal terms and manage day to day partner relationships and integration
Design, and manage promotional programs; develop and maintain production schedules and assets; manage approval processes for all stakeholders.
Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and trends
Drive relationship building process at multiple levels between partner and company, including across functional groups
Managing incoming pipeline of Open Media partnerships and facilitate collateral material for self-serve and premium partners
Work with product and engineering teams to implement and integrate partnership programs and partner focused functionality.
Work with engineering team to develop and deploy tracking and reporting.
Develop ROI to analyze performance of deals and report results.
Liaison to sales team on cross-promotional opportunities - sales, open media, and application platforms
Deep understanding of the consumer
3-5 years of media or Internet product development, marketing, account management experience,
Ideal candidate has experience in multiple areas. Candidate should have a demonstrated ability to manage and grow major account relationships.
Strong analytics; Must be able to execute on complex deal structures with multiple variables.
Superior communication skills, including presentations, phone and e-mail.
Must be a true team player, able to share responsibility for key decision making while accepting responsibility.
Must be energetic, self-starter, excited about helping a small company reach the next level
A strong product, marketing, and project management experience in addition to relationship management is important
