To discover new ideas in appropriate environments and designs that could be of benefit to passengers
 
To investigate new construction/manufacturing processes, innovations and technical advancements
 
Projects
 
The management of a combination of projects to different deadlines
 
To ensure product and interiors represent excellence in design, reflecting and reinforcing design and brand values of the airline

Developing
 
Planning and managing the design from conception to completion, from initial brief to implementation
 
To ensure all agencies used to support design process are managed effectively
 
To ensure the design team work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, and constantly championing the passenger
 
Effectively managing all agencies used to support design process on own projects

Construction / Manufacturing
 
To buy in construction / manufacturing personnel so they in turn cherish and deliver the design ambition
 
To be guardian of the whole design ensuring value engineering and compromises are made where necessary and to maximum passengers benefit
 
To manage quality throughout the manufacturing process

Hons. Degree in Architecture or Design at a recognised establishment
 
Direct management of construction personnel and subcontractors
 
Detailed knowledge of design and construction / product / interior or exterior build products
 
Proven design credibility with a wide range of successfully completed projects
 
Knowledge of development process to successfully bring products to market
 
Technical knowledge of construction and manufacturing techniques
