To ensure that all vehicles are delivered for regular servicing and are in a state of readiness

To provide a despatch service to transport our staff; to transport other personnel and collect and deliver property.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of designated areas to required standard.

  Provide a service to move personnel, supplies and equipment to required destinations

Ensure safe delivery and storage of petrol supply to meet compay needs

Valet, undertake routine maintenance and simple repairs to ensure allocated vehicles are available for use

Clean and tidy designated areas to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene

Complete and initiate routine documentation to meet requirements

Safe moving and handling of goods and supplies in accordance with company policy

Role related experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications at selection.

Full driving licence including C1 and D1 qualifications and satisfactory assessment of driving competence

Basic car maintenance experience

Ability to read maps

Expertise in Role

Gain knowledge of local work processes and procedures

Build relationships with colleagues / team

Identify relevant internal contacts

Gain knowledge of organisational structure and culture

Effectively deals with enquiries
