Advise on fixed income, equity investing, retirement and estate planning, tax strategies, mortgages, mutual fund and managed money investments.
Demonstrates leadership and act as a resource for other financial representatives
Adheres to compliance/risk procedures and exhibits detailed attention to disclosure policies by maintaining focus on customers' best interests.
Educates customers to use technology to monitor, maintain and manage their investments.
5 or more years of financial services and sales experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Professionalism, excellent presentation and appearance are essential
A history of goal-oriented achievement in a number of fields
CFP, CRA or CMFC a plus
Series 7 and 63 required prior to hire
Series 66 (63/65) and Insurance Licenses required (or to be obtained within 6 months of hire)
PC Skills and systems knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills
