Knowledge, Skills and Abilities-Head of Flight Operations Training & Standards Job Description
You’ll be very experienced in long-haul operations, and UK /JAA - ATPL (A), TRE/TRI, qualified. (RETRE would also be an advantage).
With proven line checking and training background, the successful candidate will also need to demonstrate substantial experience of training and developing Training Captains to deliver effectively.
As important you’ll bring experience in the leadership and management of teams, having implemented significant business changes successfully, able to drive strategy and initiatives and resolute in determining the outcomes.
Experience of a unionised workforce would be advantageous.
