Experience of Marketing, Communication gained at a senior level in a business of considerable size and complexity, preferably in a consumer driven company.
A relevant professional qualification is essential or demonstrable experience gained at a senior level over several years.
A knowledge and sensitivity of services relevant to customers and a thorough understanding of the target needs and expectations across all platforms.
A strategic thinker with experience of successfully influencing and directing strategic development in a complex stakeholder environment
Proven experience of managing and developing major consumer brands, both above and below the line and knowledge of market, audience and broadcast research.
Substantial experience in leading large creative teams with a reputation for outstanding talent management.
A strong practical understanding of editorial guidelines and policies, with a proven ability to identify and manage issues that may challenge or conflict with editorial compliance.
Awareness of budgeting, costing and forecasting procedures, and current market costs of internal and external resources.
