Take a proactive role in creating new systems and procedures when required;

statistical returns and reports;
Orrganise meetings, diaries and appointments as required by departmental/unit managers.
This role will support the Job Evaluation Implementation Team by arranging meetings and briefings, maintaining
the job evaluation database, taking minutes of meetings, and drafting correspondence.
You will have an organised and methodical approach to your work, and take pride in providing accurate information and data.
Essential
Numeracy and literacy skills demonstrated by GCSE grade C or equivalent English and Mathematics or comparable practical experience
RSA 2 typing/word processing or equivalent experience ( may be tested at interview)
Previous secretarial/administration experience
Basic keyboard skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word
Desirable
Experience of working with spreadsheets and databases
