To advise in the use of outcomes tools, metrics and systems to support practical improvement in outcomes and effective sessional data monitoring•
To oversee the effective application of data measures set-out in the IAPT Data Handbook
To oversee the development of a Data handbook

To monitor data quality and performance against the agreed key outcome indicators and lead in reporting progress to PMG
•
To oversee the development of key KPIs and the analysis process
•
To advise on ensuring that data standards evolve to reflect best clinical practice
•
To facilitate the sharing of information from the Programme to new stakeholders,
•
To contribute to and support the Transitional Team and other National Advisors in:
•
Quality standards
•
Workforce education and training development
•
Clinical Informatics and outcome monitoring
