Job Summary- Insurance Trainer Job

Responsible for the delivery of training for technical and non-technical skills for existing and new insurance products and claims processing.

To display creativity, and will be able to utilize and develop the available resources to meet changing needs and goals. To develop an expertise with the course content and tools to improve on the job performance of Company resources.

Main responsibilities- Insurance Trainer Job

Duties undertaken as part of this role will include:

- Supporting the effective on-boarding and retention of new Claims Representatives by creating a supportive and engaging training environment.
- The design and development of training curriculum and courses as required.
- Utilizing and supporting various forms of training approaches including traditional classroom, e-learning and virtual training solutions.
- Provide coaching and development feedback to both participants and their leaders.
- Facilitate training classes and provide support during onsite business hours.

Additional responsibilities:

- Act as a consultant within the business to identify and assess pre and post training performance improvement.
-Provide business partners with recommended intervention strategies to improve performance on the job.
- Provides feedback on training materials for update/revision.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency of procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality Representatives to provide training support and coaching to improve quality results.
- Act as a subject matter expert for projects and initiatives within the department and Company.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities-Insurance Trainer Job

.
- Facilitation and training design and delivery experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact presentations and to foster a successful learning environment.
- Experience facilitating blended learning solutions.
- Insurance industry experience preferred, particularly within claims administration.
- Ability to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid changes in schedule.
- Flexibility to provide training and support during onsite and partner business hours.
- Knowledge of training metrics and success measures.
- Understanding of claims management and principles.
- Understanding of customer service and claims quality programs.
