  Overall responsibility for all Quality Notifications (Live and archived) and the Quarantine Store inventory holding and accuracy of data
  Overall responsibility for all administration requirements including collating, input and process associated documentation in support of the Production Stores Contract processes.
  Responsible for all of the Quality Records including collection, storing, archiving and easy accessibility to authorised personnel.

  Provide and manage an “over the counter” service to Production Stores Contract Customers

  Ensure adherence to the agreed customer service levels: AOG, High Priority and Routine, as documented in the AW Production Stores Contract Metrics and KPI agreements
  Control of AW inspection stamp for all offsite locations
  Attend Level One boards or QN related meetings as a representative for quality issues raised within AW Production Stores Contract
  Liaise with customers to resolve processing queries
  Ensure record keeping is accurate and kept up-to-date

  Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, using computerised stocking processes would be prefered
  NVQ Level 3 in a relevant Logistics topic.
  A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
  Computer literate and competent in using company standard software PC packages and SAP.
  Experience of budgeting processes, cost control and inventory management.
  Be able to show initiative and flexibility.
  Self motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative.
  The ability to communicate on all levels
