Provide an administrative, clerical and word processing service associated with recruitment activity, health, welfare and absence, secondment arrangements, training and development and other HR activity.
Assist with the maintenance of electronic and paper files, including departmental filing.
Assist with maintenance of accurate HR system files and databases.
Organise meetings on behalf of managers within Human Resources Department.
Assist with the collation and production of organisational-wide statistics including diversity and other statutory requirements.
Actively promote the company through high quality HR activity.
Provide work cover in temporary absence of other HR Assistants.
Undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade as required.
To provide the full range of HR administration support for HR activity in line with organisational goals and values.

Proven experience of effective performance providing administrative support within a support team (Essential).
Proven experience of effective performance providing administrative support within a HR environment (Desirable)
Computer literate on Microsoft packages (Essential).
Experience of working with an HR system (Desirable).
