Job Summary-Job Description HR Business Partner

All HR Business Partners are aligned to specific business units where they are an integral member of the divisional HR team. Your role will be to advise individuals or teams based in the business on all HR issues, ensuring issues are resolved by outlining options and making recommendations. The solutions will be fit for the business showing a true understanding of the challenges and encouraging an on-going partnership. Getting round the region will be important, so a fair amount of travelling will be involved. The key focus areas across the Regional management team are leadership strength, peak performance and a fresh deal for our employees. We place great importance on having a ‘can-do’ positive attitude within our HR community and only hire people who can demonstrate their ability to maintain such an attitude in a demanding environment.

 You will be an integral part of the Regional management team.

Required skills & experience
 

Substantial experience working as an HR Business Partner in a large complex organisation.
Strong technical skills across the full range of HR activities including:

Talent Management

Organisational design & change

Driving a high performing organisation

Reward and recognition

Leadership development

Designing and delivering meaningful HR data

Strong stakeholder management & influencing through change

CIPD member qualification preferred but not essential
