Main responsibilities-Landscape Architect job description
To work on a variety of projects from small residential to large commercial.
Working with other key specialists including engineers, nursery managers, and zoning experts.
Obtaining briefs from clients and potential clients.
Visiting potential sites, making appropriate plans, maps and topographic surveys.
Making recommendations on the most appropriate use of land, amending as required.
On acceptace of plans, making detailed drawings of the site, including existing and new features.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities-Landscape Architect job description
EXPERIENCE
5 years experience as a landscape architect.
SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES
Knowledge of design, horticulture, social science, engineering, and business.
A four- or five-year college degree in landscape architecture is preferred.
Knowledge of Computer-assisted design
