Essential
Experience of being responsible for and successful in responding creatively to all stages of the full L&D cycle.
Accredited to use at least two of these psychometrics: MBTI, 16PF, OPQ, EQ-i, Firo B, Verbal Reasoning/Numerical Reasoning, Others.
Experience of managing external training provider contracts and relationships.

Desirable
Experience of working in the business sector.
Knowledge and experience of designing and running assessment/development centres.
Familiarity with working with external training providers.

Skills
Able to deliver inspirational learning interventions with individuals and groups.
Able to harness original thinking to produce creative learning materials and methodologies.
Able to efficiently manage personal time and work load within the bounds of maintaining personal health and well being.
Able to research information, collect data and analyse it and write consequent reports.

Desirable
Able to coach, and design and deliver Coaching-in-Coaching workshops.
Able to design and deliver learning solutions in at least two of these disciplines: Absence Management, Making Effective Presentations, Being a Mentor, Managing Interpersonal Conflict, Managing Workplace Stress, Leadership, Performance Appraising
