An exciting opportunity exists to lead the nutrition team, which is dedicated to delivering the nutritional knowledge necessary for the development of products manufactured in our GB animal feed mills and to support external customers.
We require a Nutrition Manager to build, develop and lead a team of highly capable monogastric nutritionists in addition to directly contributing to the nutrition function.
This role will require an experienced commercial pig or poultry nutritionist with outstanding interpersonal skills and the desire to achieve.

In addition, an ability to deliver added value from research and development, and to influence others in a challenging sales environment
are critical.

Nutritional capability, commercial acumen and enthusiasm are essential for this position which offers scope for career
development and an opportunity to interface with other parts of Agri in a wider geography.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities-Nutrition Manager job description
A degree in animal nutrition together with commercial experience and have demonstrable leadership capability.
Knowledge in the animal feed industry and hands on experience of the feed compound business is essential.
The ability to use nutritional information to benefit company profitability.
Candidates will also have excellent communication and a successful track record of managing teams and developing people skills.
A full UK driving license is required, as the role requires extensive travel
Qualifications
Degree in animal nutrition or related subject, A PhD in animal nutrition is desirable
