6.Research, organise, plan and produce operational orders and minor events briefing sheets, including assessing manpower requirements/allocation thereof, for major and minor events within the division.
7.Produce and present computerised statistical data from management information including manpower costs for evaluation and budgetary control purposes. Analyse and produce reports on strengths, abstractions, availability of staff etc.
8.Liaise with various Senior Manager`s and other departments, e.g Training Department regarding training arrangements with regard to staff.
9.Attend duty planning meetings as required promoting communication and receiving briefing of any updates or changes to standard procedures.
10.To undertake any training deemed necessary to support/update skills required to enable duties to be carried out effectively.
Formal Qualifications required
Desirable
GCSE/CSE Grade C or equivalent in English & Maths
ECDL
Experience-Essential
Experience or working in an office environment
Using computers in the workplace-various packages
Desirable
Knowledge of producing various shift patterns
Experience of producing written reports
