Manage the updating of the training plan for the department
Take minutes at the departments senior team meetings and liaise with senior management to ensure objectives derived from the meetings are met according to deadline
Identify and establish appropriate communication systems.
To comply with all relevant company safety rules, procedures and guidelines and to be aware of responsibilities under the company safety policy.
Strong relevant PA experience at a senior management level. This should include extensive diary management and travel arrangements
Experience of PA work in a media-based environment
Demonstrable interest in TV and digital media
Experience of working in a busy environment and to deadlines
Advanced MS Office skills especially PowerPoint
rapport with internal and external contacts
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to exercise initiative
Good team player with ability to manage busy and varied workload
