To provide Technical authoring and publication support for the production of documentation in a range of formats. Responsible for ensuring that documentation, and other media forms, are relevant, organised and maintained to a high standard.
To support the team in communicating technical concepts effectively to stakeholders through effective use of web sites, presentations, documents and diagrams.
Main responsibilities-QA Test Analyst job description
Responsible for providing and maintaining up-to-date documentation of all infrastructure and for the web development environment and its processes.
Working with the managerment to provide effective published communication to staff and third parties
Support the team with the development of presentations, web sites and proposals
Maintain and update business process information.
Maintain wiki
Maintain and update existing documentation
Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and provide regular reports back
To build effective relationships with product owners, technical teams and suppliers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities-QA Test Analyst job description
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Experience of working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams with a delivery focus in both project and operational environments.
Comfortable with using internet technology as a communication medium e.g. web pages, wiki; experience with HTML, CSS, Confluence and Jira desirable but not required
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Professional including Word and Powerpoint and common diagramming tools
Ability to manage own time and work effectively to meet deadlines
Ability to write clear and concise text for different audiences
Flexible and proactive approach to information gathering
Understanding of a complex technical Internet environment
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Ability to communicate at all levels and translate technical jargon for non-technical staff.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Able to work collaboratively and maintain effective relationships at all levels within an organisation.
Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others with energy, drive and desire to achieve goals.
