Good Working Knowledge Of Mainframe, Midrange, Web-Based And Client-Server Systems, Windows Networking Platforms, FTP, VPN, Databases, Coding Languages And Internet-Based Platforms. Have Knowledge Of Ecommerce Systems.

English And Mandarin Chinese Required.

Consultancy –
Consult With Internal And External Business Partners In An Effort To Develop System Requirements, System Design, Sales Process, Reporting, Settlement And Truncation/Redemption.
Consult With External Business Partners To Determine Best Fit Of Gp Automation Solution For Their Processes.
Consult With Internal Business Partners On Automation Deployment Target List And Determine Prioritization Based On Review Of Seller Metrics Criteria. Has In-Depth Knowledge Of Entire Gp Product Life Cycle. – 30%

Administration –
Manage System Administration For Various Web-Based And Client-Server Based Applications.
Responsible For Various System/Partner Access Roles Including Assigning Users To Those Roles. Ensure Gp Business Rules, Processes And Flows Are Applied To System Functions.
Has In-Depth Knowledge Of Administration Processes For All Managed Systems. Set Up And Deploy Administrator Roles For External Business Partners When Applicable.

Development –
 Experience With Method/1 Development Standard. Manage Requirements In Gathering, K245 Creation, Design Approval, Creation & Implementation Of Project Plans/Charters, Updates To Stakeholders, Monitoring Of Issues And Risks And Provide Resolution For Issues And Risks.
Manage Contextual Inquiry With External Business Partners. Manage Relationships With 3rd Party Vendors. Own End-To-End Product Management For Gp Automation Systems. Ensure Accuracy Of All Supported Languages In Gp Automation Systems. Ensure Requirements Are Delivered In A Cost Effective Way While Maintaining Quality.

Documentation –
Manage The Creation And Maintenance Of User Guides, Training Documents, Sell-In Documents And Knowledgebase For Gp Automation Systems/Processes. Ensure Accuracy And Timeliness For Translations Of External Documentation In All Supported Languages In Gp Automation Systems.

Testing
Manage The Testing Of Gp Automation Systems Including Uat And Regression Test Cycles. Provide Accurate Testing Timelines, Test Plans, Testing Status Reporting And Accurate Assessment Of Issue Severity. Coordinate All Team Testing Activities With Aet, Vendors And Internal/External Business Partners. Manage Issue Resolution And Reporting To All Stakeholders.

Installation 
– Manage Installation Of Client And/Or Vendor Software By Internal And External Business Partners For Supported Gp Business Processes And Systems. Ensure Installation Project Plans Are Created And Completed Within Project Timelines.

Training
 Manage Training Of Internal And External Business Partners On Gp Automation Systems In All Supported Languages.

2nd Level Software Technical Support
Manage 2nd Level Support Team(S). Provide Training And Mentorship To Team Members In Project Management, Training, Telephone/Email Support Procedures And Usage Of Gp Automation Systems. Have Good Working Knowledge Of Interactions Of All Internal Systems (Mainframe, Midrange, Web-Based And Client-Server). Provide Issue Tracking And Resolution. Escalation Point For Business Partner Issues. Manage Staffing Of Resources To Ensure Availability In All Supported Languages. Analyze Call Data And Provide Call Tracking/Reporting.
- Collaborate With Product Development, Risk, Flos, Client Management, Gp Operations, Compliance, Finance, External Vendors And Business Partners On Automation Processes And Projects.
- Provide Leadership And Mentoring For Direct Reports And Indirect Reports In Development Opportunities, Goal-Setting/Achievement And Employee Engagement Targets.
