The CRM Data Officer will have responsibility for the development and delivery of CRM management information across all aspects and systems encompassed by CRM.

You will develop system reporting to support tracking of prospects, monitoring trends and advising on change, which will be both annual and ad-hoc. You will play a key role in supporting the CRM Manager and other stakeholders in planning and delivering impact using the data available in our CRM systems which will include advising marketing teams.


The primary CRM system holds data and linked third-party systems. You will be responsible for the accuracy of the data held within the systems. This includes managing the inflow, usage and outflow of our prospects data.


You will be responsible for making sure this data is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and build robust processes and protocols to make sure compliance is maintained and developed as appropriate based on the development of these.


You will be required to produce data and analysis for a variety of internal audiences, and you will advise senior stakeholders based on the data trends. You will also have a key role in managing relationships with external suppliers. Consistent high attention to detail is essential, as is a flexible and creative approach to problem-solving.


This role involves significant liaison with other teams along with suppliers outside.


Key Responsibilities-CRM Data Officer Job Description


1-Create and manage an annual plan for the production of management information from CRM platforms. You will use this data to inform advice and guidance to senior stakeholders.


2-Manage the inflow, usage and outflow of system data, including in both the primary CRM system and all integrated third-party systems.



3-Support the CRM Manager, and other senior stakeholders, in monitoring system data performance against targets. This will involve identifying early changes to trends where you will provide written and oral briefings for a variety of staff and advise them of the impact of these changes.


4-Manage the system data structure and develop robust protocols and procedures for managing the data within. This includes identifying opportunities for development and/or efficiency saving.


5-Regularly review and manage de-duplication and merging processes for the system data. This includes identifying where de-duplication development is required and how this is to be carried out.


6-Create, maintain and distribute template pre-applicant communications lists to meet the needs of Marketing Teams, and others as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy. Deliver training to CRM users on the use of these template lists as required.



7-Manage the manual data upload processes with a primary focus on transferring any manual processes onto automated processes where possible


8-Develop reporting tools and capabilities for core stakeholders empowering them to perform data analysis at a local level.


9-Lead on gathering and analysing competitor pre-applicant data, processes and CRM tactics and prepare reports to demonstrate the impact this work is having on potential developments of our approach.


10-Provide data-related training for users on our CRM systems to make sure they follow system protocols and processes related to data.


11-Have a key role in managing the relationship with our suppliers as appropriate.


Knowledge Skills Experience Education-CRM Data Officer Job Description



Qualifications

5 x GCSE’s at grade A-C; must include Science and Mathematics

3 x A-Levels at Grade A-C or equivalent

Undergraduate Degree

Microsoft Dynamics certification


Experience/Knowledge

A minimum of one year’s relevant experience working with a relational database; updating records, maintaining and improving accuracy of information and running diverse reports and queries


At least one year’s experience working in a role responding to a range of enquiries from internal and/or external stakeholders


Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and experience of manipulating data


Experience in using data-focussed software



Previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics

Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload in order to meet strict deadlines
