Lead, commission, undertake and deliver analytics, data and measurement projects across a range of digital media.

Contribute to the development and delivery of digital media audience data, measurement and analytics strategy.

Ensure the company has leading-edge analytics tools, measurement, metrics and skills; and employ those to help the business achieve its aims.

Partner with teams across the business to demonstrably influence decision making, through robust data, analytics and insight

Partner with teams across the business to deliver technical projects on time, to scope and within budget.

Lead and line-manage a team of digital analysts; and collaborate with analysts and technical teams.

Demonstrate excellent leadership behaviours, and help build a world-class digital analytics team.

Enable and deliver best practice in digital media measurement and analytics.

Deliver inspiring and actionable insights (rooted in robust data, analysis and measurement).

Be recognised as an expert in digital media analytics, data, measurement metrics and industry standards.

Understand strategies and objectives, and deliver data, measurement and analytics which demonstrably help the business achieve its goals.

Ensure that data, measurement, metrics and analysis are robust and in line with business requirements.

Maintain high standards of presentation, including the development of new or imaginative ways of using or communicating data and insights

Where appropriate, represent the at industry and internal forums or committees.

Where appropriate, manage suppliers and partners.

Attend meetings, conferences and other events that may be outside normal working hours or place of work as required.

Experience & Skills

Proven record of achievement in digital analytics, data and measurement.

In-depth knowledge of digital media analytics, data, measurement, methodologies and industry standards.

Strong experience of proactively identifying, prioritising and delivering projects which have demonstrable benefits for businesses.

Successful management of projects of significant scale and complexity to challenging deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and influencing skills.

Experience of managing stakeholder relationships at a senior level.

Team leadership, line management and team development experience would be a strong advantage.

Experience of managing suppliers and partners to deliver clear aims.

Experience of budget setting, prioritisation and control.

A high level numeracy and in depth knowledge of data analysis techniques. Experience of multivariate statistical analysis, CRM and marketing science is desirable.

Ability to manipulate analytics tools and software.

Experience of devising new ways of better exploiting data, identifying insights and presenting data in a stimulating and actionable way.

Knowledge of digital media technologies, databases and product management techniques would be advantageous.

Clear passion for digital media and the use of data to inform the direction of its products, platforms and brands.
