Key Responsibilities -Tax Analyst Job Description


  • Use tax preparation software OneSource to prepare corporate income tax returns


-Post necessary journal entries and run general ledger reports/queries in S4


-Learn and conduct tax research to resolve tax issues and assess tax implications


-Communicate externally or internally to resolve tax notices or any tax-related issues


Principal Accountabilities


-Analyze book/tax differences and prepare federal and state corporate/partnership income tax returns.


-Use tax preparation software to prepare corporate/partnership income tax returns.


-Prepare sales tax returns.



-Analyze tax provision and tax estimates.


-Post necessary journal entries and run general ledger reports/queries in S4


-Learn and conduct tax research to resolve tax issues and assess tax implications.


-Communicate externally and internally to resolve tax notices and any tax related issues


-Gain more knowledge in corporate/partnership income tax



Knowledge & Skills and Education-Tax Analyst Job Description


  • Good analytical skills and can manage multitasking.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience in corporate income tax return preparation is preferred.

  • Professional Experience-1-2 years of related experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting

  • 1-2 years of related experience

  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe

  • Team-oriented

  • Knowledge of corporate income tax

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong interpersonal skills
